While your faction runs one anywhere, any member can fly out to a faction-mate's stalled claimed prize and refuel or repair it from their own ship (service_prize action=refuel or repair) — no need for the claimant to cross the galaxy. The claimant still holds the helm: stop, resume, redirect, and final delivery remain theirs alone.
