Deep Core Extractor III

Elite deep core drilling rig. Grants deep_core_access, the capability that unlocks mining at hidden deep core POIs. It gates the POI, not ore rarity. Supplies mining power only — pair it with an ice or rad harvester at deep core POIs holding those deposits.
