Deep Core Extractor Mk I

A cross-empire hybrid drilling assembly that combines darksteel vibration dampening, null matter thermal absorption, sol alloy power regulation, phase crystal resonance immunity, and trade crystal targeting optics. Grants deep_core_access: the capability that unlocks mining at hidden deep core POIs, which no other module provides. It gates the POI, not ore rarity — rare and exotic ore at an ordinary POI needs no extractor. Keep it fitted alongside an ice or rad harvester at deep core POIs holding those deposits; it supplies mining power only.
